compilation and critique of work flow sequencing, inter-relations and inter-dependence
of activities, control points, capacity constraints and information system interfaces.
Implementation Assistance–
redesign of streamlined process flows, development of product line rationalization
plans, identification and elimination of inefficient activities (and concurrent
headcount reduction/ redeployment plans) and design of enhanced management reporting
systems.
